The Punjab Kala Bhawan, Sector 16 organized a dance competition 'Chandigarh Dancer of the Year' for the children of different age groups from 5-20 years. There were solo as well as group performances. Many students from different schools participated in the competition. Kashish Sharma a student of grade 6 also participated and bagged the 1st prize in the category of age groups 11-15 years. Her splendid performance on a parody song spell bounded the whole crowd and she was able to grab the 1st position giving a tough competition to her fellow contestants.
